Introduction
People are often very dismissive of their health, and this is a trend that is being increasingly observed these days. The general claim is that the individual does not have the time to deal with what they consider trivial, even if their life literally depended on it.
However, what they do not recognize is the fact that most prevalent diseases or health problems these days have one common underlying factor – stress. Its tendrils reach far and wide and have affected our day-to-day functioning severely. Hence, it is in our best interests that we find a way to combat this stress effectively, and in a manner that does not involve side-effects.
Enter essential oils and aromatherapy. While there are many misconceptions surrounding the two, one must not forget that they benefit a lot of people in a lot of ways. There is also the added advantage owing to the fact that the use of these oils do not take up a lot of time in one’s daily schedule
