INTRODUCTION

I have long been an advocate of journaling during the bar exam (as well as journaling generally). I have written blog posts about it at BarExamMind.com and have included a chapter on journaling in my book, Bar Exam Mind: A Strategy Guide for an Anxiety-Free Bar Exam.

I wrote this book, dedicated exclusively to journaling, in order to offer you something more robust. Because I believe that journaling is a truly powerful but overlooked aspect of staying calm and focused, it merits a stand-alone book.
