Phillip Macko
Personally and professionally, Phillip Macko is well-versed at re-creation. On a professional level, his successful 28-year sales career has spanned the hospitality, foodservice distribution, medical diagnostic equipment and music publishing industries. He's designed screening, hiring and training programs and has hired and trained hundreds of sales representatives from more than one dozen countries around the world. He also brings more than a decade of expertise in the areas of management, modern marketing and needs-driven communication and sales techniques. “Good habits make good salespeople”, and “good processes make great companies” – Phillip's unique career experiences enable him to drive these messages home along with providing the actions and tactics necessary to execute them. On a personal level, Phillip is no stranger to overcoming adversity. From the tragic loss of his two brothers from a random lightening strike on the day of his youngest brother's wedding, to overcoming a 19=year relationship with prescription narcotics (due to the traumatic amputation of his left index finger). From Military Police school to being a single dad, his dialogue is frank and experience based.
