Symptoms of gluten intolerance are unpleasant and include digestive issues, compromised immune system, headaches, skin problems, no energy and even infertility issues with both male and female. The quinoa diet recipes feature the plant quinoa, which is not really a grain, but more like buckwheat. It is not related to wheat, whatsoever. It is related to spinach and beets. It makes for a great "grain" substitute. It is used in place of flours and even in place of proteins such as meat. Quinoa is highly beneficial and goes well with the gluten free diets. It helps to treat some of the symptoms caused by gluten intolerance and allergies. The quinoa recipes within this book will help to add a good variety to the gluten free diet plans.
