Brief but still very informative, this book delves into some of the underlying causes of depression and what can be done to help alleviate some of the problems associated with it. There were a few grammatical errors but not an overly big deal. The information is what I was more concerned with, and the author hit the nail on the head in a way that doesn't overwhelm the reader.
