NOW let me tell you what this PROMISE heading is all about. It is a promise, which you have to make.

It is the promise that you will not think of the competition from your friends.

It is the promise of learning the road map for success in Aptitude test.

It is the promise of learning the road map for success in Group Discussions.

It is the promise of learning the road map for success in Interviews.

It is the promise that you will study about the company before going for interview.

ALL THESE PROMISES ARE FOR YOUR SUCCESSFUL FUTURE, FOR YOUR PLACEMENT, FOR YOUR CAREER.

FROM THE AUTHOR’S DESK

The journey of campus placement directory was approximately 5 years long. I have tried my best to include almost everything you would require to get your dream placement from Campus.

I can still feel the tension which my team (Tejas Taori, Paras Jain and myself) had before conducting the Mock Aptitude Test for the first time in College under the banner of Management Society – Thadomal Shahani Engineering College.

I can still feel the curiosity with which the students of my batch used to ask me – "Which company is coming next to Campus?"

(I was the placement envoy for my department.)

I can still feel the disappointment after my rejection in the first two companies that came to campus.

I can still feel those sleepless nights for surfing the latest Aptitude Test Pattern and the Company’s profile along with some Common Interview Questions before the third company that came to my college.

I can still feel the earnestness I had for conducting more Mock Aptitude Tests in college after that.

I can still feel the anxiety in my eyes for doing something in this field and serving the Society and College.

I can still feel the air which forced me to go to Crossword-Bandra (a very famous bookstore of Mumbai) every day after college hours and spend time there to get more and more innovative ideas for the Campus Placement Directory.

I can still feel the excitement with which I used to narrate the story-‘Will Maya get a Campus Placement’ to my friends. I even scolded many of them for not giving me feedback on time.

I can still feel the words of some close friends hurting me to a great extent, who did not have faith in the Campus Placement Directory. On the other hand, some friends were even ready to listen to my story at 4 a.m. and give feedback (thanks for your support- Pankaj Rupani, Mala Ashra and Anju Totani).

I can still feel that my journey of Campus Placement Directory has just started.

I completed my graduation long ago, but ‘Campus Placement Directory’ will always remind me of my college life.
