Inspiring is a GREAT Feeling: Everyone thinks their books will change the world. They want to become famous and make millions. But what about inspiring others? Being an author/writer is more than just writing. It's about inspiring others. Here's my story. I went to get my taxes done, I know everyone groan, I use the same person every year he is in his late 70's. He was talking about writing a book a couple years ago. I told him I was a writer/author and we talked for a while. The next year he was contemplating about the different avenues in which to publish and how much it cost. We talked more. This year I go there and he smiled. 'I published my book.' He went over to a drawer and pulled out his book. He tells me, if it wasn't for me, he would have never taken that first step and published. It's a boy scout book, with camp fire spooky stories. With all the legends and how the camp came to be. He was a boy scout at this camp. The camp is still open today, he made is money back and all proceeds go to the camp. He wrote an inscription to me and handed me the book. My husband was so proud and I was almost speechless. I may not be famous or a millionaire. My books may not have changed anything, but being a writer did plus, he saved me money on my taxes, *grin* That was a great feeling, me inspiring someone. Someone who indeed is very profitable in selling his book. I guess it stems back when I first started out looking for answers, before I published. I asked an indie author a couple questions. Someone, everyone loves and I to loved her books. But she got snotty with me and made me feel like an idiot. Well dah! I have never done this before, I don't know what I am doing. I don't buy her books anymore either, just because of that fact. So at that point I decided I would never do that to someone else if they asked for help or information. And it has paid off, in my eyes. Facts about me: Favorite person-Husband Favorite color is - red Favorite vehicle - ford (69 mustang mach1 boss 429) Dream Car. Favorite foods - bacon & bbq ribs Favorite time of year - spring Zodiac sign - Pisces Movies - Overboard, 27 Dresses, The Ugly Truth, Pretty Woman, Under Siege 1&2, Comando extra... Music - Areosmith, Poison, ACDC, Little River Band, Boston, Pink Floyd, Pat Benatar, extra...

To my wonderful husband Lance, I want to thank him so much, Thank You! He was patient as I was getting these books finished. The selective hearing seems to kick in a lot when the writing creativity flows. He is very understanding and supportive. He always makes sure my coffee cup is full. I love him dearly.

Chapter 1
Shawn stood on the ground and watched the plane leave. He smiled to himself. This was too easy.
He said as he watched the plane fly in the wrong direction. He heard a car door close and he turned around. He smiled. Well it’s done.
He turned back around and looked up at the disappearing plane.
Are you sure?
Positive. Mitch is taking care of Kyle as we speak.
I never thought you had this in you.
Never judge a book by its cover.
He turned back around to face the person he was talking to. You are beautiful.
Eva smiled at him. You're just prejudice.
Eva was Cally’s younger sister by two years. She always hated Cally. Cally always got everything, their parents' house and the restaurant. She thought Cally had the perfect man at first. But soon she learned different. It was Eva, Kyle was having affairs with. That's how she met Shawn. But Kyle himself was unaware she was Cally’s sister, because she went by her married name. Eva divorced her husband six months after they wed. Eva wanted to take everything away from Cally and she succeeded. Cally was clueless. Cally was all wrapped up into saving her failing marriage. Cally and Eva never communicated after their parent's death. When everything went to Cally, Eva disowned her. Cally tried to explain to her that their parents thought she was too irresponsible at her age. She had an inheritance but couldn’t touch it until she was twenty five. Eva didn’t believe her. She left and Cally never heard from her again. But Eva was around, hiding in the shadows waiting. She wanted to get even with Cally, and take everything away that she loved.
We need to celebrate.
Shawn said.
Yes we do. Cally is out of the picture. Kyle is gone. I am sure we will never see that Mitch again. We are home free.
She smiled at Shawn.
Yes we are. You played your role perfect by getting all the information from Kyle. He was just as dumb as…
Cally?
Eva lifted her brow and grinned.
Shawn smiled back. He always liked Cally. But she was too easy to manipulate a do-gooder. She deserved better than what she got. If things were different maybe he would have tried taking her from Kyle. He wished he would have stopped the wedding. He was Kyle’s best man. But she looked so in love. He knew Kyle was only using her. But at that time he didn’t want any part of a relationship. He had other priorities and it didn’t include a woman. Yes Cally.
He opened his arms and Eva stepped up to him. Unlike Kyle, Shawn did his homework. He knew exactly who Eva was and that fit perfect into his plans. Why don’t we fly to Vegas?
He kissed her.
Eva smiled sweetly at him. Vegas, sounds wonderful.
Eva knew what kind of man Shawn was. She had to watch her step around him. She needed him as much as he needed her. When the need was over, no telling what could happen. They both had to play their cards right, to get what they really wanted.
Chapter 2
It has been a month and Mitch is still mourning the death of Cally. He has seemed to have disappeared. None of his friends or even Jim could find him. Mitch knew Cally’s death was far from solved. Things didn’t seem right. He needed to get away and sort everything out. He knew he missed something. They all did but what? Kyle wasn’t the root of the problem. He was a loose end. Kyle’s last words, It’s Dole,
kept playing in his mind. No one knows who Dole is or what he looks like. Dole could be anyone. He should have tried to get more information from Kyle, before his tragic fate with death. But Mitch wasn’t thinking clearly. All he was thinking about was Cally.
Have you found Mitch yet?
Jim asked. He asked all Mitch’s friends to meet with him at his office. He was desperate to find Mitch.
No.
Matt looked at the others. They all shook their heads no.
We have to find him. There is something I need to tell him. Something he needs to know.
We looked in all the places he would normally go.
Seth replied.
And not so normal.
Luke cleared his throat.
"This isn’t a normal situation. We need to find
