I am a wife and a mother of two sons. From Ohio. Author of romance books. Devoted Love series. Seal's Revenge, Disregard Love. I started writing my first book five years ago. Unsure of my writing abilities I didn’t publish my work. I continued to write other good reads, but did not publish. Chock it up to maturity or an attitude I released my writings. I enjoy writing and have learned not to take the critics too seriously. I write the way I write. Please excuse me if I don’t get all the dangling modifiers correct or go by all the writing rules. I hope you enjoy reading my books.

    Chapter 1

Can you help me? I ask as I tried to get out of my hospital bed.

I’m not your nurse. Trina said.

I don’t care who you are, I have got to go to the bathroom and I need a little help.

I don’t think you are supposed to get out of bed. You have a catheter inserted.

No I don’t I took it out last night.

You need to ring for your nurse.

Are you going to help me or do I have to do it myself? Trent said as he tried to swing his leg to the edge of the bed.

You need to ring for your nurse and stop acting like an ass.

Fuck it, I’ll do it myself.

I tried to get myself in a sitting position, but when I did pain shot up my back.

Son of a bitch it hurts.

That is why you should not be getting out of bed.

    Please help me?

I’ll help you, but I could get fired.

You are not going to get fired for helping me take a piss.

The girl got me into the bathroom and I tried to lift my gown to take a piss, but I couldn’t take my hand off the IV pole. I was unsteady and my other arm wouldn’t work.

I can’t do it, will you help me?

    I- I don’t know.

If you have seen one you have seen them all.

Who are you to assume I have seen one.

She lifted my gown and grabbed my penis, not too gently I might add, and aimed it to the bowl.

I’m hoping you know how to hit the hole.

The relief I felt when I started pissing was almost like an orgasm. I think I moan with relief, mainly because it still works. She took a piece of toilet paper and wiped the head off and turned me around toward the bathroom door. I notice her face was as red as blood.

How old are you. I ask.

I will be twenty five in five months.

    Are you a lesbian?

What the- why would you ask me something like that?

When you helped me piss your face turned blood red.

Why would that make you think I’m a lesbian?

    You haven’t seen a man’s penis.

You need to shut up and lay down. If you weren’t beat to hell and back I would slap you. If you need anything else you should call your nurse. Don’t tell anyone I helped you to the bathroom. I’m supposed to be cleaning your room and that is all.

You are prettier than my nurse. She is attractive, but not my type.

I’m done in here I have to go. Trina said as she sat me on the edge of the bed and swung my legs onto the bed.

She straightens my covers and pulled them up to my chest and patted my leg. She called the nurse to get me back up in the bed. Two nurses put me in my bed correctly. They told me I should lie still. One of the nurses started to put up the rail and I told her no. They left as fast as they came.

When you get off work why don’t you stop by for a visit?

I don’t think you need me to visit. You have four armed guards at your door. Everyone who has been here has enough gold on their chest to support me for a very long time. They must think you are a very important person. You don’t need to be socializing with the likes of me.

What is that supposed to mean?

I’m nobody, just a girl trying to get through life. I think your wife was here earlier.

I don’t have a wife, no one will put up with me. What did she look like?

I can believe no one would put up with you, you are kind of bossy. There were two of them, a little blond woman real pretty and a tall Burnett who looks like a fashion model.

The blond is the widow of my ex-Seal buddy, he died of cancer. The brunette is her best friend well sister. They are married with children. They are probably worried. I can hear it now. When are you going to settle down and find a nice girl?

I’ve got to go hope you feel better.

If you get bored please pay me a visit.

I won’t get through the door.

    I will get you clearance.

    I don’t know.

You could bring me some take out Chinese food if you wanted to be nice.

What does your chart say about your diet?

    I don’t know, look.

Oh no; I will not look at your chart.

Hand it to me, I will look at it.

    No I can’t touch it.

You will lie to me, when you look at it tilt it toward me so I can sneak a peek. I can swear I never touched your chart.

I tried to get my chart with my foot; I got it almost to my left hand when it slid off the bed. She looked at me and shook her head. She picked it up and laid it on my stomach.

You are bound and determined to get me into trouble. Hurry before someone comes in.

She leaned in to take a look. I wanted to grab her and give her a kiss like she has never had. Her eyes are breathtaking, they sparkled like emeralds. Her skin looks so creamy and soft. Her hair was pulled up into some sort of bun, the color was the deepest red almost a purple. She smelled like bleach, but she is working. She had on scrubs that are one size to big, but I could tell her breast were very nice. Her poor little hands were red and chapped needing some kind of lotion; just looking at them made me feel for her.

I can’t promise I will be back for a visit.

She went into the bathroom to collect her cleaning supplies when the doctor walked in.

Good morning Trent. How are you feeling?

I didn’t get to reply because Trina walked out of the bathroom and the doctor come to full attention to her.

    Hello Trina.

How did he know her on a personal level? She looked at him with an odd reaction.

    Hi.

I’ve been looking for you, but never seem to run into you anywhere.

Today is my first day on this floor. I have got to go see you.

She didn’t give him a chance to reply she got out of the room in a split second. I was determined to find out what the good ole doctor was up to.

She is a pretty girl. I said

She is very beautiful, but she isn’t friendly. I have tried to get to know her, but she keeps her distance.

You want to go out with her?

    Wouldn’t you, she is beautiful?

I thought all doctors dated nurses or other doctors.

Most do, but I seem to be attracted to her.

Maybe it’s the chase you are attracted to. She doesn’t seem to care you are a doctor. Most women would jump at the chance to date a doctor.

I know; isn’t it odd. She isn’t like anyone I have ever met. Enough of that, how are you feeling? You had a close call; I put you back together and you seem to be mending quite nicely. You might be discharged in a month. You will need physical therapy, but you can handle it. You are a Seal.

I don’t remember what happened. I said as I tried to lift my arm.

You had two bullets in your right arm and one in your hip. Thank god they didn’t hit anything vital.

I guess I’m lucky to be alive.

"You certainly are, you didn’t get medical treatment right away. You are lucky you didn’t bleed out.

I almost told the bastard I got up to use the head, but I didn’t want to get Trina in trouble. The doctor left and I buzzed for my nurse. She came in all happy and cheerful.

How are you doing? What can I help you with?

I need to talk to one of my guards. Would you please have one of them step in the room?

She got the closes one to the door. He came in, saluted and said yes sir.

    "What is your name
