This book's goal is help you start revival in your world, by starting revival inside each and everyone of us. In this book you will find a year plan for reading the bible, you will find a message of inspiration and prayer. You will also find a daily recommendation of some of the most inspiring songs to add to your personal devotional time. These songs are a recommendation only, and can be substituted with songs of your choice. The idea is to sing and praise the Lord Jesus Daily. Introduction

Revival! Yep that is what I want to talk to you about now. I am sure many of you have heard of a revival. It’s a gathering of people who are generally Christian’s who seek to awaken the Holy Spirit inside them, or simply to re-motivate a congregation. Well I am not here to talk about a gathering to start with; But rather with you.

You have to be the source of revival. It is up the individual Christians in this world to come alive for Christ. You don’t need a gathering. You don’t need a crowd to be revived. For revival all you need is:

1. God

2. God’s Word

3. Praise

4. Inspiration

5. YOU.

This book is simply a guide to how to start revival in your life. It is not the only way, nor is this the bible. What I mean by that is you can change things around; you can alter them as you see fit and are motivated by the Holy Spirit. This is simply something I thought might help. There is nothing special in this book. It is simply a way of looking at your day. This book is simply a way to start thinking in that way.

This book is broken down to individual days. The days are numbered from one to 365. Yep, it’s a whole year. On each page is a group of three songs, followed by a short inspirational message, then verses in the bible. Then there is a short prayer and finally another song.

Songs: The bible tells us that David instituted the idea of Priests who would play music in the Temple of the Lord. Music is one of the ways we can worship the Lord. In this book the songs that are listed are suggestions. If you don’t have them, find your own music. There is a lot of wonderful Christian music. The idea is that the music should help you get into the right mindset. That mindset is to be worshipful of the Lord and open to His word and will.

The message is not complicated. I didn’t write a sermon for each day. Just a simple thought to motivate you and inspire you to think about the Lord. Keeping the Lord in mind, will hopefully help you grow closer to Him. Add that to the Praising spirit you should have after singing to the Lord and you will be ready for the next part.

Next I took a list of verses from the bible, a year plan to read the bible and put those verses in for you. Reading the whole bible is a great thing. This plan is a good plan. It divides the Old and The New Testaments and I start you with the Book of John in the New Testament. If you are a new Christian, John is in my opinion, the best book to start with. I like to call it the book of love. Read it and see if you agree.

After reading God’s word, there is a simple prayer. Not that you should end it when the prayer says It is in Jesus’ name I pray. Amen." You should add to it. Keep praying all day. It will have an amazing impact on your life and your walk with God.

Then there is one more song; a way for you to end your meditation with a time of worship. Worship is something you should try to fit into your life a lot more. Only our Lord is deserving of praise and worship, and we were made to worship him.

Keep in mind that part of your daily devotional should be some time, while you are in prayer, to listen for what the lord has to say to you. In that quiet time, as you listen, the Lord may tell you ideas. He may give you messages and goals. It is up to you to shut up sometimes and listen.

Finally, get a notebook. If you go to my website, I show you some pictures of a basic idea of the notebooks that you can use. They are free to be printed there. Make a notebook or buy a notebook. But a notebook will quickly help you keep track of what God is telling you.

So get up off your seat, read the list and then start. It is time to revive and it is up to you to start your revival.

Message It starts with me! On my knees. It is time to wake up, to get on your knees and realize that that is where you belong. It begins with you. Want to see the Lord glorified on earth, it starts with you. Want to change the world; revival has to start with you. Get on your knees!

Revival starts first and foremost inside each of us. You are seeking revival, then the way to revival is on your knees! Pray to the Lord. He is faithful! He is true! Go to the Lord and first and foremost give Praise. God is alone worthy of Praise. We need to praise the Lord. Start your day in prayer. Giving thanks and glory to the Lord. This is the way to revival.

Prayer: Dear Lord, Thank you! I give you Lord all the praise and glory. You alone are worthy. You alone are wonderful and able to conquer all. You are the Great I AM and I am yours. I praise you, I praise your holy name. Lord, grant me revival. Fill me with your Spirit. Revive me and make me what you want me to be. Please Lord revive me. It is in Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.

Message Revival starts in you and in me. We need to clean house. Ours is a temple for the Holy Spirit. If it is cluttered with evil and dirty, why should the Lord dwell in us? He won’t. He is a jealous God and He doesn’t double bunk with other gods. We need to clean house.

Start by looking in your house and seeing the idols and filth that you have filled His temple with. Then clean them out. Get rid of them. Give your temple the cleaning that it is supposed to have. Kick the money lenders out and Put God back in it.

Prayer Dear Lord, take my temple and make it your home. Clean out the trash in there for me Lord. Take the control and make my temple the holy place that you desire. Take me Lord and clean my house. I give my temple and myself to you. Clean me up lord. It is in Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.

Message Do you sit and find yourself bored in Church? Do you say, Well, it’s the music? Or maybe you blame it on having been out the night before. The reality is that the first point that has to be awakened is you. Excuses are everywhere. Everyone uses them and they are great for not getting things done. It’s just like if you said, I will get to it when I get around to it.

Well when I was a kid my mom gave me my own personal round tu-it. Aren’t you glad Christ didn’t say He would get to the cross when He got around to it? Round to it, is not what Christ wants nor what he did. WE need to get around to it now. WE need to get rid of the excuses and revive. Start with yourself. Wake up and rejoice. The world will follow.

Prayer Dear Lord, Please be my own personal round tu-it. Remind me to get things done. No more excuses. Let revival start with me and help me rejoice and wake up. Please Lord, don’t let me have excuses.

Revival isn’t hard; it’s simply filling up on God. When your car is empty, you get gas. You fill up. You take the time to put the fuel in it. Well revival is the same thing; it is filling up on God. It’s when you make sure you take the time to put God in your life. Starting by reading his word and praying to him, we bring the Lord more into our lives. By making worship a daily part of our live we give God the glory and He responds by filling us more with His spirit.

Fill up, get up and be revived. Rejoice in the Lord. Put Him in your life, not just a moment or two but more and more. Pray to the Lord constantly. When you are singing praise songs, make sure you do so while praying to Him. Number one, they are for Him. Number two it will fill you up!

Message If not you, then who? God wants each of us to be alive in Him. God’s love is there for us always. It is up to us to rejoice and revive in that Love. Do you want to see the world change? Do you want to see your church change? Do you want to see your community change? Then it is up to you to start that change.

Rejoice in the Lord always. The first step to revival is rejoicing in the Lord. Worship is the way to reviving your spirit. And if you don’t start the process, who will? Will you wait and say it is up to someone else? Jesus didn’t wait for others to go to the cross instead, He went. You cannot do less. Get up and revive yourself with worship and Love of Christ.

Message God gives us a special right. In the Old Testament, the priests were the only one who could go before the Lord. As Christians we are allowed to go before the Lord. It is our job to go to the Lord and thank Him. We are the ones who are supposed to minister to the Lord, to pray and thank Him. Message Stop! Right now, write down the top five things that come to your mind. What are they? If your answers are not, The Lord then why are you not thinking of Him? This is his time. You are supposed to be trying to get closer to the Lord. To get Him to fill you in an increasing fission with His love and spirit.

Message How much of your life is given to God? The bible tells us that we owe God a tithe of 10%. That includes in my opinion our time. Let’s look at you’re a person’s typical day. You sleep 6-8 hours a day. So we will exclude that. That leaves you a minimum of 16 hours a day. What do you do with it? Even if we figure 9 hours a day for work or school, that will leave you 7 hours a day. What do you do with it?

Every day you should be giving the Lord at least 2 and a half hour of your life. The least you should be giving the Lord daily is an hour and a half. Do you give the Lord what is His? If you don’t, then you are stealing from God. I know it isn’t easy. But you are at least on the right track with this book.

Give the Lord what is His.

Prayer: Dear Lord, thank you for this day you have given me. Thank you for the time that I have in my day and please, Lord help me remember to give you your time. Help me make giving you your time a priority. Help me to tithe of my time as well as my money. Thank You, Lord. Amen

Message Giving to the Lord is a part of seeking the Lord. If we give to Him, He is faithful to give to us. What we give is less important than how we give. If you make a production out of tithing either your time or money to the Lord, you are not doing it for Him. You are doing it for others. Your reward will be with others. If you do it quietly and with no fanfare, then it is between you and the Lord. He will reward you.

If you give grudgingly, He will be returning the same to you. The how is more important than the what. I am constantly telling my kids, that it isn’t what they said that will get them in trouble; it is how they say it. It isn’t what they do, but how they do it. One way is disrespectful the other isn’t. It is a hard lesson for my kids to learn. Yet like my kids we need to learn that it is how we give that matters the most. Give joyously and happily; for you are paying God His due. He has earned it and we should be glad to give to him.

Prayer Dear Lord, thank you. Thank you for the opportunity to give to you. I know you don’t need it, but you have more than earned it. You give daily to me and I want to give daily to you. To show you that I appreciate all you do for me. Let me give my offering to you in the right way. Not with trumpets and flourishes, but rather with a humble heart and in offering to you. Thank You, Lord. Amen

Message Seek ye first the Kingdom of God. Seek His way and His will. Make your life a testimony to His word. As you go forth this day think about what are your priorities. Do you make seeking His will, your first priority? It is easy to get caught up in the rat race. To allow your life to be dictated by what is going on. The problem is that puts your priorities in the rat race.

Seek instead to put searching for God’s will first. Do not let life’s hurdles get in the way of your seeking God’s will. Seek His kingdom always and with passion. Make it your life’s priority. When the world gives you lemons, don’t just make Lemonade, instead as the Lord what do with those lemons. Maybe he wants a lemon cake or lemon pie. Seek his will, not just what you think should be done.

Prayer Dear Lord help me seek your will. Please Lord help me. I know the world will throw me lemons and I want to take those lemons and do what you want done with them. Please Lord; tell what to make with the Lemons. Help me make what you want with my life and all the lemons in it. It is in Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.

Message Breathe in the grace of the Lord, and breathe out his praises. Every breath we take is by his grace. We live by his grace and we should acknowledge that grace. It is by his will all things are done. If we face another day, we do so by his grace. It is his way of giving us a chance to grow and learn to praise him.

So our breath should be in by grace and out by praise. Does your breath go out to his praises? Do you use your voice for his praises? Look around and you will see many reasons to praise the Lord. The least of which is that you are alive this day by his Grace. By that grace your breath should be filled with praise.

Prayer Dear Lord, I praise you for my breath. I know that this breath is by your grace. It is a gift you have given me as is the day. They are your gifts and I praise you for them. Thank you lord for the day, for my breath, for my life and for my very being all are gifts from you and I thank you. I praise you for them. Thank you Lord.

Let them sing praises to Him with the timbrel and harp.
