Father, ex-husband, brother who happens to be an avid reader that decided to finally reach for his dream of being a published author. Currently residing in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I am engaged to my best friend in the world, together we have 1 dog and 3 cats. I find inspiration all around me, but am not always able to transform it into ideas I can put into words. The "Population Control Agency" idea is one I've had for a long time, I am currently trying to put together the pieces of PCA 3 in my mind. I regularly brainstorm with all of the friends that I publish. Admittedly, Stiffy isn't always of much help because he can never keep his mind out of the gutter; but he has his moments and I appreciate them as much as everyone else does.

Seth Stone is sitting alone at his desk, looking over his various bank accounts; Happy birthday to me.
Seth has just turned 21, thus gaining access to the many trust fund accounts in his name. He is the sole heir of both his mother and father’s accumulated fortunes. He now has about $200 billion total in twenty accounts in other countries, in addition to approximately $100 billion in property values in those same countries. Seth has been waiting ten years for this day, and in that time he has plotted, planned, researched, and schemed to make it possible to do exactly as he wishes with this money and this land. Finally, his lifelong dream is about to come true; he will take quite a while, but Seth has learned patience over the past ten years. He doesn’t care if it takes another ten years or so, he’s excited just knowing he will be successful.
His first step is to call each of his international contacts to be sure that the proper conditions are already in place, and gives them the details of what is to be done with his money and
