Another sighting for ’s favourite hirsute visionary magus, Alan Moore. This time he’s cropping up as an occult vaudevillian who might also be God in , his first film, which is directed by Mitch Jenkins and was released on digital platforms last month. Like Moore’s epic novel, 2016’s , it’s set in an esoteric version of Northampton. ‘Those seeking bleak dystopias in my narratives will be relieved to learn that this, occurring in the recently collapsed town of Northampton, is a fine example, with as many otherworldly characters as one might reasonably expect,’ posted Moore on his official Facebook page.
