About the author
Foreword
I know Edoardo since many years and I appreciate him as a person and as a manager. Mentorship is an actual topic today, especially in Italy, where we have a lot of SME, managed by a family.Having a good mentor during the transition between the old owner to the young member of family, sometimes could avoid mistakes, strategic errors and can facilitate the entrance of the new governance.
Also mentorship is important for the managers, the professionals, because all of us need specific advices during his career.
In my opinion, a mentor is someone who gives you a concrete and immediate help.
So have a nice lecture with Edoardo and find the right mentor
Gaetano
