I started this book about five years ago but never had the time or inclination to complete it. Now, as I enter my semi-retirement period of life, I have found the time and passion to complete this book and offer my experience and whatever skills I have used in my coaching practice.

The purpose of this book is to share with Human Resource professionals some techniques and tools that may be useful for coaching. It can also be an instructional book for those thinking about coaching. It defines what coaching is and what makes for a successful coaching experience, as well as offering some details about the various tools that can be used to establish a successful coaching experience.

I hope you find this information useful.

I have enjoyed putting it together and it is my way of giving back to the coaching community for all the wonderful experiences I have had. To all the magnificent coaches and clients I have had the opportunity to work with, I say thank you.
