Sophie Morris

Sophie Morris is one half of Irish food company Kooky Dough. She and business partner Graham Clarke famously turned down the dragons on RTE’s Dragons Den to build their food business their own way. Kooky Dough is now stocked in Tesco, SuperValu, Superquinn, Dunnes, and premium independent retailers in Ireland; Waitrose in the UK; are launching into Monoprix in France on April 16th, and Spinneys and Choithram Supermarkets in the UAE. Sophie has a distinction Masters in Economics from Trinity College, Dublin together with a ‘Highly Commended Certificate’ from Ballymaloe Cookery School. Cooking feelgood food is what Sophie loves to do in her precious free time; it helps her relax and escape from work. And she hopes this book will help you to do the same.
