- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This is the story of two young boys Briggs and Theodore. They are neighbors yet don't meet until a football game in Brigg's backyard sends the football into Theodore's back yard. Theodore invites Briggs over. Briggs is uncomfortable around Theodore because he is in a wheelchair. He finally begins hanging out and Theodore tells him he is a dectective and invites Briggs to join him. Briggs meets up with Uncle Willy who he thinks is just helping with Theodore's detective "game". When he is given money and sent on an actual mission it becomes all too real. He is to infiltrate a cult to see if a young missing girl is there. I won't tell you more because you really need to read the book. It kept me sitting on the edge of my seat and I read it in a little over an hour.
