Sarah sighed and rubbed her temples as her desk phone rang for the fourth time in two hours. She knew who it was from the flashing light next to her new boss’s name. She stood and straightened her slim pencil skirt as she picked up the receiver. Before he could speak she said, I’ll be right there and grudgingly left her own unfinished work on her desk.

It was a wonder these guys knew how to put their pants on in the morning, she grumbled to herself. Mr. Berg had been transferred from the executive offices in Munich to New York, but she could only assume that Europeans knew how to operate interoffice software same as anyone else who grew up in the Information Age. So what was his problem and when would she have time to finish those reports if she had to show him simple things like how to email a spreadsheet?

She really was in no mood to coddle him. Mostly because she was not the most patient person to begin with, but she had been feeling especially edgy and restless lately due to working late nights, lack of sleep and an intolerably long sex-free dry spell. Celibacy did not suit her style at all. She was a smart and independent woman who loved sex and saw no reason not to indulge in it as much as possible with anyone she wanted.

Lately, however, she had been required to work a lot of overtime and it had totally cut into her personal life.
