During the dissolution of her marriage to Zeke’s cousin, he was her strongest ally. Though attraction always existed, Zeke did nothing more than provide support. Now, Carol and Zeke are older, wiser and, more importantly, single. This proves to be a potent mix that ignites passions at the gathering.

Walk In
Cousins Becky and Ernie became friends in their earliest years and that friendship has grown with them into adulthood. Not even an unexpected intimate encounter between them in the summer before Ernie went off to college could break the bond they share. So, decades later, when another discovery recalls that earlier interlude, it brings the cousins even closer - emotionally and physically.

Weekends
Evelyn and Vince were typical cousins while growing up. Eventually, they became supportive confidants on whom each relied when relationships faltered. So it is only natural Evelyn calls upon Vince to help pull her out of the latest post-divorce funk. After a day of invigorating outdoor activity, they share a quiet dinner at a lakeside lodge, followed by coffee and dessert back at Evelyn’s cabin. The evening takes a decidedly different turn when a film on television is something neither expects. The explicit fare commands their attention, enabling them to fulfill long-hidden desires.

First cousins Darlene & Josh have always been close. From living in the same neighborhood; to attending the same public schools; and, even enrolling in similar courses at state university, they are closer than many siblings. Reunion

The family reunion was many years overdue and most of the relatives, distant and close would look different than I recalled from the previous gathering some decade and a half earlier. I’m sure they’ll feel the same after seeing me. From the notes included with the invitation packet, I learned that some cousins’ children now had their own toddlers running around. Others had spouses new to me and I to them. Weight will have been gained; hair thinned; faces lined; waists expanded; and, in all likelihood, a few new ailments, none too serious I hope.
