Brendon Meynell is an Australian based Horror Author, and proud member of the Australian Horror Writers Association (Member Number: 0506). Based in regional New South Wales the 30-something year old author was originally born and raised in Wanganui - New Zealand. Growing up Brendon was always interested in sports, and completed a Diploma in Journalism (Sports Writing and Match Reporting) in 2012 after he was forced to give up playing after dislocating his neck in 2000 while playing Rugby Union for Robina State High School. With one marriage under his belt, and about to embark on a second, Brendon and his partner have a combined four-boys the oldest 13 the youngest turning three. Brendon has always been a horror fan and lists A Nightmare on Elm Street as his favorite film series, however states that Friday 13th and Halloween series were a close 2nd and 3rd on his list.

    Writing this trilogy has well and truly been an eye opening experience for me, with writing it and all of the feedback I have received from my stories it continued to grow my confidence with my writing ability and made me look forward to sitting in front of the computer to write each and every night.
