Foreword
Eating a great dish always makes me happy! Since I was a kid I found much enjoyment in food and wanted to learn how to make them. All. Growing up in Hungary I had the chance to peek into traditional ways and techniques to prepare amazing, delicious dishes...and the best news that I am going to share them all with you!
Since I moved to Australia I found that living in a multicultural country means multicultural restaurants. Italian, Greek, Lebanese, Chinese, Malaysian, Japanese etc. restaurants are thriving all over big cities but there are hardly any Hungarian restaurants.

When we use ingredients that you can find anywhere in the world!
Our dishes are easy to prepare, cheap and everybody likes them!
