Introduction

The purpose of this book is to help people to understand and apply the basic guidelines for accurate self muscle testing. It is a skill and tool that is incredibly valuable and I was inspired to write this book to help others have a greater access to this skill. The more people that can successfully self muscle test, the better it is for all beings because muscle testing has the potential to rapidly enhance once ability know thy self.

It takes some time and practice to get the hang of the self muscle testing technique so don’t be too disheartened or discouraged if it doesn’t come easy to you initially. I hope with the tips and tricks outlined in this book that your ability to understand the technique and accurately self muscle test is greatly enhanced.

The term muscle testing sounds like it is used to simply test the muscles of the body, but in many therapeutic settings and in the context of this book, muscle testing also refers to being able to test more subtler levels of existence. Muscle testing has the capacity to work with very subtle energetic levels, namely the meridian pathways and the chakra’s to name just a few, therefore making it a very helpful tool to uncover deeper and more subtler levels of information. It depends largely on the individual tester and their level of understanding and experience with muscle testing as to how subtle and potentially how far they can go with it.

When first discovering the self muscle test, it will be natural to go through an experimental period
