      I dedicate this book to my husband Louie, who has always been here for me. He is my friend, my companion, my technical support and guidance, and the love of my life forever. He puts up with my whining when writing life moves too fast for me, and he makes it work perfectly, so that I can move as fast as the world is spinning. And when the world seems to spin so fast I feel like I'm going to fall off, he holds on to me, gently, lovingly, and slows it down. I couldn't take a step without him, nor would I if I could. Louie, I know your name is really Steve, but I'm sorry, I can't love you, I already fell in love with Louie long ago, and I've never looked back.
