About this ebook
The changes in the Sun will not only cause atmospheric changes but also some spiritual, emotional, and mental changes. Every change in the cosmos affects our physical and spiritual existence. According to Mitch Battros, an expert in the subject, increased solar activity during Solar Cycle 24 will not only have visible effects on the Earth, but they will also bring some changes to humanity, because humans also have magnetic fields.
If we approach the expected events with fear, seeing them as destructive, we will inevitably attract a negative outcome. On the other hand, if we do not make the necessary changes, this period may actually bring destruction. We have to see this! We should be aware that we stand at the edge of a cliff, but we should do all we can to change the situation and focus on an ideal future. With the help of such an approach, we can rid ourselves of unnecessary fear and worry. We could use the period as an opportunity to make necessary changes, both for ourselves and for our environment. As a result, we could build a better world for our children.
But how?

Preface
The Sun, located at the center of our Solar System, is the source of life. Without the Sun, there would be no atmosphere on our planet and hence no life. Without the Sun, we wouldn’t be able to breathe.
From the simplest to the most complex, all organisms on Earth use the Sun’s energy in some way. The Sun is the primary element shaping our lives and our environment. The day and night, seasons and climates, clouds, rain, plants, and forests, as well as all the animals and their food chains, depend on the Sun. In addition, the Sun also exerts some less obvious influences, such as through its magnetic field, sunspots, and solar storms. We witness the effects of these when communication systems fail, the ionosphere becomes disturbed, satellites malfunction, and the world’s climate changes. These activities also affect the Earth’s magnetic field, our brain rhythms, and the hormones of both humans and animals. All living organisms are sensitive to magnetic changes, so any change in the Sun is vitally important for all living beings.
The Sun is also considered the source of life in astrology, the symbolic language of the cosmos. It brings order to chaos and shows us where we should focus our life energy. The Sun means life
or me.
It is the source of light and heat—the dark fades away, and everything looks clear under its light. The Sun is the great master of the sky according to the astrological hierarchy, and it represents the final authority. The Sun is so powerful that it is dangerous to look at it directly with the naked eye, and our skin burns if we do not protect it from the Sun in the summer. The Sun is the giver of life, but it also has the power to harm it. Similarly, when a planet is too close to the Sun, it is considered to be combust. The Sun—as the symbol of light, consciousness, and enlightenment—is also related to creativity, consciousness, and purposeful attitudes.
It has already been established that all living organisms have biological energy fields, and these fields are affected by the magnetic field of the Earth. The Sun is the power plant of the Earth’s geomagnetic fluctuation, and there is an electromagnetic interaction between the planets and the Sun. As the Sun affects the geomagnetic field of the Earth, all living things, including humans, are affected by the change.
Research into magnetobiology (A scientific branch that researches the biological results of planetary alignments, magnetic activities in the Sun, and changes in the magnetic field of the Earth.) shows that humans and many other organisms react to changes in the Earth’s magnetic field. Laboratory studies prove that some subjects feel anxiety and unease, while other studies show that brain rhythms and hormonal glands are affected by geomagnetic storms. The relationship between the Earth’s magnetic field and how we feel is being investigated and confirmed by many scientific projects. Once it became possible to measure the energy fields around our bodies, the relationship between geomagnetic activity and humans was easily proven.
The studies conducted by the HeartMath Institute showed a direct relationship between the magnetic field of the human heart and the magnetic field of the Earth. Magnetic fields affect us, but on the other hand, we can affect these magnetic fields as well. The energy currents flowing between the magnetic fields of the Sun and the Earth are related to human health and welfare, both positively and negatively. Changes in the magnetic field do not only affect human attitudes but rather all living beings.
It is clear how the Sun has played an important role in forming civilizations, evolving humanity, causing mass migrations, developing personality features, influencing daily routines, and developing different cultures.
Studies prove that intensive sunspot activity causes disturbances in the Earth’s magnetic field, leading to increased heart attacks, suicides, and admissions to psychiatric clinics. However, solar maximums do not only increase the numbers of murders, terrorist incidents, accidents, and health problems! They also increase the rate of scientific development and artistic creativity in addition to accelerating the evolutionary process. Research proves that creativity peaks during increasing solar activity. For example, the number of sunspots around 1750 was low, and when the number began to increase, the number of discoveries, inventions, revolutions, romantic disturbances, terrible events, crimes, and wars also increased. The 21st century seems to also be a more active period. Humanity is currently experiencing a chaotic mental process, so we may see rapid change in the coming years.
Some scientists claim the Sun’s electromagnetic radiation has an accelerating effect. Solar storms, which
