Working America is bombarded by this infringement on civil rights, but somehow it is still legal to collect our pee, and run diagnostic tests on it, usually against our will. This is not only a violation of our privacy but against our Fifth Amendment right to not incriminate ourselves. Well, if you want a job, and want to get paid, you’re pretty much out of luck. You have to do it, but there are ways to protect yourself against this invasion on our privacy. Yes you can beat them, and I know how, because I work for a drug testing company.
