I am always sick. I have a 4 yr old that brings crap home. I have had tons of blood work. D levels are fine. But i have a physical job and weight train possibly overtrain. Just curious if better recovery meant less illness  How many of you are in your 20s on trt?   I've been looking into getting on trt. Even sent in my labs. But the more I look at this group I wonder what are the actual benefits?  All I see is balding issues, shrunken balls, erection problems etc. I thought it should help some of those issues. It's expensive and seems to have negative effects in some instances. What's the actual benefits of doing it?   Buddy of mine has a hematocrit of 58%.
