    John.

    His name made his thoughts turn over in a sluggish manner, but he barely registered it.

    Lover, we're home.

    A hand gently shaking his shoulder made the second attempt a little more successful and he blearily opened his eyes. He was shocked to find the car stationary and parked in Michael's garage; he'd slept all the way back from Scotland.

    Come on, Michael said, smiling at him, let's get you into a more comfortable bed.

    John wasn't awake enough to protest as his lover unclipped his seatbelt then exited the car and came round to the other side to help him out. They had left Scotland after supper and some tearful goodbyes to his family the previous night and he hadn't meant to fall asleep, but apparently he had. He still wasn't back to full strength after being kidnapped for the second time in his life, but not even noticing a seven hour journey back to London was not something he would have expected.

    Shower, he said as Michael guided
