    A Breaking Friendship

John really did enjoy the Graystone motel. Despite its name it was a lovely place. Everything from the nice clean rooms to the warm shining sunlight that filtered in through the sliding glass door to the young enthusiastic management of the motel. It was not a place that at all befitted what it looked like right now as he sat at a nicely crafted mahogany table with the curtains closed, and the room darker than ever before. The revolver he and his best friend had bought years ago was laid on the table as if mocking him.

This motel has a good reputation you know. It’s a shame we're about to sully it a bit, said Michael
