    Introduction

    EBay is an internationally recognised brand and an internet phenomenon. It has adapted and fought off competitors to be the leading auction website and make billions of pounds. It is an open market that allows anybody, with a bank account, to register and effectively sell what they want within reason, across the world. The accessibility to products has opened up all kinds of business opportunity to all kinds of people, whether it is a supplementary income, selling off your unwanted Christmas gifts or a specialist business making millions simply by working with eBay. It seems that just about anybody can tap into what eBay offers. But there have been a few acceptations, areas where eBay has strived to accommodate.

    Charity was one such area but eBay did an amazing thing. They decided to give charities access and allow people to represent charities and even let everyday Listers to donate a percentage of their sales to their chosen charity. In return eBay also allowed a percentage of the fees to be refunded to the charity Lister. This system is regulated by Mission Fish, a charity in itself, that works closely with eBay and facilitates the monitoring of the monies collected for each registered charity.

    This eBook details one particular system which I have now run for three years for two separate charities. It’s not about hypothesis or guess work it deals with what has happened to me and my team of charity volunteers and covers the whole process of
