PREFACE
Smoking converts a man into donkey by his brain and behaviour both as the way donkey works with loads on his back; similarly does the man after smoking with senseless feelings keeps on working like a donkey. He programs his brain in such a manner that it starts feeling energetic and sleepless only after smoking and chewing tobacco thereby making him work efficiently. In this process his rest part of body leaves the company of his brain as this is the reason for which his body starts becoming weak, with slow functioning of his liver, weak functioning of kidneys with burnt lungs along with high blood pressure an anaemic; also his further growth thereby stops making his life’s longevity to half.
It leaves us shivering when we look into the yearly figures which tell us about the worldwide early deaths occurring every year due to the habit of smoking and chewing tobacco. Also lakhs of people suffer with dreaded diseases making them float in middle of life and death. The ridiculous part of this is that we are buying our deaths with are hard earned money on the cost of our families desires being sacrificed too. This makes it clear that we are living a double life wherein we are digging a pit for ourselves and so do we can never call such action of smokers to be sane. Better late than never let’s take a pledge from now that hereafter we will never buy dreaded diseases with an awful life for us.

1. Tobacco the Killer
It is pitiable to know when several tobacco takers regard tobacco as the best creation of God. This is due to their makeup of brain that thinks it to be a remedy for all their problems like healing for physical weakness, helps in loneliness, also boosts their energy at work and relaxation and several others. This tobacco smoking has been an age old phenomenon where in olden times man used to smoke tobacco through ‘Hookahs.’ But today after the conduct of more than nine lakh researches on this atom bomb named ‘tobacco’ it has been concluded that nothing is as dreadful as tobacco that drags the man in a sea full of diseases which is like a termite to man and weakens the man completely from inside. The most mocking situation is that man himself buys ticket with his money to get drowned in this sea of termites and dreadful diseases.
Intake of tobacco is a clear invitation to a horrible and intolerable painful death. The person who takes tobacco is responsible for cutting short his life span by half.
In India tobacco takes lives of 12 lakh people every year.
People smoking Cigarettes and bidis not only reduce their life span by 8 to 12 years but also have to face a number of dreaded diseases causing untimely death. If this continues then surely by 2020 the deaths due to smoking would reach to 13 to 15 percent deaths caused because of smoking only.
The 27% youth of our country mostly girls and boys of 13 to 15 years of age take to second – hand smoking in their own houses while the rest 40% of the population smokes on the public places such as restaurants, bars and also on the streets.
If we take a glance at any year’s expenditure spent on cigarettes and bidis in our country then accordingly in 2004, 7700 crores of rupees were spent on them. Recently, in this year 5400 rupees were spent by the countrymen on the treatments of the diseases related to smoking. Not only these but the hazards that have taken place in the factories making cigarettes have not only caused financial loss but have also caused loss to the environment.
Tobacco is the creator of a numerous nameless diseases out of which heart attack and cancer are the most dangerous. In the year 2000, 17 lakh people died at a young age and in the same year 8 lakh people became the targets of lung diseases and died. Many of the people became ill due to some life taking diseases that are caused due to smoking.
The smoke left out from the cigarettes contain harmful chemicals, out of which 200 are poisonous and 60 arise the chances of cancer especially lung cancer. So, from all this we may conclude that cigarettes are injurious and life taking habit though fun for some.
Situation of the world
The unending researches that have been conducted worldwide along with present researches too are undergoing, in a nutshell conclude that Smoking vices in our body spreads from bottom to top everywhere leaving no corner of our body; also by reducing its resistance power and thereby making it useless living skeleton. Habituate of cigarette slowly and slowly becomes so dominating on the functioning of our brain and mind in the manner that in spite of being aware yet we overlook the vices and its results on our body and family both.
We keep on living with fictitious thoughts that we are young today and it can be consumed for couple of years as at this early stage of its consumption it cannot do anything wrong to me. Also after few years it could be left easily. This fictitious wall is broken when he realizes that he is become strongly addicted. This is that peak of time when every smoker starts thinking the ways in which he should stop this habit.
One should be clearly understand that who think cigarettes to be their best friends and good company are fools as rather it is opposite its slow poison and your murderer and not friend. This is the best time you leave this man-eater monster at this spur of the moment itself as it has already eaten crores of humans and crores are on the verge to be eaten along with crores in the line; so you decide whether you have to remain in this line or come out.
Come let’s look at the kind of unrest it has created all over the world-
Worldwide daily crores of cigarettes are purchased, 1500 crores daily sold reaches to 5 lakh crore figure every year.
With an overall view it can be said that all around the world today 110 crore population is indulge in this habit attracting the youths more towards it would soon reach by 2025 to 160 crore population if we would not curtail it.
5lakh crore cigarettes filter’s weight is 80 crore kilogram. This left over cigarettes and its filter every year creates lakhs of tons of poisonous waste and so does it mixes poisonous chemicals in the atmosphere by increasing pollution for everyone.
Though the filter of cigarette looks like white cotton but it is not so rather it is made up of very strands of plastic named cellulose acetate. Filter of one cigarette takes
