Violet Jessamy

Violet Jessamy’s thoughts do not always revolve around sex - just most of the time. She believes that this fact, along with her hyperactive imagination, is to blame for her choice of secondary career. Having developed a passionate interest in erotica as soon as she figured out it existed, she credits the internet in general for allowing her to pursue said interest and tolerating her early attempts at creating the perfect arousing tale. She also writes non-erotic fiction, but gets far more enjoyment out of writing smutty stories.

    It was time.

Gia’s fingers clenched around the four crumpled-up fifty dollar bills in her hand, the only sign she was even in the slightest anxious as she made her way down the busy street. She knew the rest of her projected confidence, a cool professionalism that she had spent many years perfecting, and that now served to hide the nervousness that caused her pulse to race. Even wearing casual jeans and a simple blouse, as she was now, she knew she didn’t look casual. The expensive heels, perfect hair and general attitude would see to that.

She weaved her way through the late-afternoon crowd of shoppers and finally turned towards a small, unobtrusive looking door wedged between a drive-through pharmacy and a local coffee place. Skin City, the lettering on the glass advertised. She rapped her knuckles just below it, and waited.

She had been coming here for a couple of years, ever since she had first made the decision to get a tattoo. CLOSED ON MONDAYS, a small poster next to the door told her, which she already knew, but being a regular client had its perks. Getting a private session was one of them.

After twenty seconds or so, she saw movement. The door was opened by a man in his late twenties, clad in black jeans and a matching t-shirt, whose facial piercings alone probably would have sent her conservative upper-class family into hysterics. Gia smiled at the stray thought and stepped forward to hug him.

Thanks for doing this, Nick, she told him, meaning it. She had good reason for wanting to receive her newest bit of skin art in privacy. Nick had been the one to ink all of her tattoos up until now, and she was more than glad he had sacrificed his day off just for her.

    Sure, he shrugged.

The door fell shut behind them. Following him into the store, Gia wondered why he was acting so peeved. Nick was always reserved, but not generally moody. She hoped he didn’t regret agreeing to this, because she had been looking forward to it for weeks.

The store was dark, but she knew her way around. While Nick vanished somewhere in the back, she skirted the sales counter and made her way over to his station, where she dropped off her cash just as the lights flickered on. It was all so familiar to her, the equipment on the workstation, the
