    Hello … I’m Victoria Gallagher … I’m a Master Hypnotist and I’ve been studying self-help and personal growth since 1986.

    Before ever becoming a hypnotist over 12 years ago, I tried meditation to help me to overcome my stress and anxiety. Living in Los Angeles at the time as a young overachiever, I was experiencing daily anxiety on my drives to and from work. So, I began to explore the idea of meditation.

    I remember when I first bought some books and tapes about it; I became pretty overzealous about learning all about it. All the information I bought seemed so overwhelming and complex and they were all saying different things. So, I have to be honest with you, after digesting about 5 or 6 books on the subject … I still didn’t know what it was.
