About this ebook

This little book is a complilation of some of my writings over the past 30 years. Most of them came to me during meditations but others were just simple truths that became obvious to me as I navigated life's pathways. Thoughts From the Inside is meant to be read softly aloud to your self or to others. Take time to reflect on the meaning of each thought and feel yourself begin to grow in inner strength. With every breath, you are brand new.

    Acknowledgment

I, with gratitude abounding, want to acknowledge the person who made this little book have the charm and allure that it does. Trish Cayce, our Ranch Administrator and my sidekick, put her personal touch into this precious book by finding art work to capture the feeling or thought of each message. I think the art enhances the book, and makes the meaning of the words flow off the page and into your heart. Trish also typed the book and prepared it for printing and that, of course, is monumentally important, but what helped me the most was her belief in the book’s teachings and her understanding of their value to others.

This little book is a compilation of some of my writings over the past 30 years. Most of them came to me during meditations but others were just simple truths that became obvious to me as I navigated life’s pathways.

    How simple is that?

Allow your NOWS to be now and not wished away by what you perceive to be your imperfections or your needs or your wants. Allow the untidiness of your life to be the perfection that you seek. Smile as you view those things that you feel need to be different and see them as the gifts they are.

You cannot have the peace you seek

until you let go of what is taking its place.

When the veil of judgment is dropped,

when the blanket of fear is laid down,

when the armor of the Ego is shed,

one's true nature comes forth and enlightenment follows.

Dwelling on past mistakes is a waste of time.

If the Ego needs to rectify a misdeed,

have it do something that creates good in the present, which will
