Preface 

So here we are into Book 4 already, and I thought I would only write one book when I first began. We never know what is around the corner. In my case it was a pen and another notebook. For those of you who have read my other books, thank you. This has been an amazing journey and you will see me grow as I write. 

The diaries were written to help people see how it is possible to develop spiritually and access other reams of existence. The ups and downs of attainment are in here, and I did, and still do, have bad days. If it was easy, it would not have been worth achieving. Saying that, I recommend you go for it; being enlightened is amazing, a true gift. I log my journeys and conversations with God and many other interesting souls and entities. The images I describe are in the mind’s eye and are generated by the God-self to help us as humans comprehend spirit in a visual sense. Some say that only Prophets can truly see God, but I think this is debatable. 

I progressed from being interested in astral travel to a vocation in light work. I am now in service to the Creator Source, a being I refer to as Abba, known as God the Father to many. Abba, which means Father, was the only word I felt comfortable with; because it was not linked to anything I had a belief about or had been indoctrinated by as a child. 

Whilst in the midst of writing this book, my elder sister passed away, and I don’t know how I kept writing but I did, because it kept me sane at times. I felt she was pushing me forward, and she came to see me only six days after she died to tell me she was one of my new guides. She looked so radiant; her huge wings shining behind her, I always knew she was an angel. I see more of her now than I did when she was alive. I feel much supported by her presence. 

I have lost four members of my immediate family now, and the more spiritual I have become, the easier it has been to deal with the loss. I regularly remind myself that death is merely a transition back home to spirit. 

Death is a part of life and I am resigned to that fact now; I still feel very sad at times, and cry to release the grief, but it passes, and I move on. 

Introduction 

There are many books in the Angel Warrior series and I am still writing. These books have been based on many factual astral journeys and personal healing sessions I have experienced. I am also writing a set of spiritual books for children. My goal is to educate and help people attain both higher levels of consciousness, and to raise their physical vibration through self-healing and purification. 

These books explain what you can expect to happen during your out-of-body attunements and initiations by higher beings, as you develop spiritually. They are also simply an amazing diary of events, adapted from the story of my life as a spiritual warrior, healer and single mum. The main character is known as Alethea of Avon in the astral planes, and Alethea Ryan in the 3D world who eventually takes on her family crest and becomes Alethea Ryan St Clair. 

Many people are not aware that their consciousness and their vibration are two completely different things. Your consciousness refers to your mind, and your vibration relates to the purity of your entire being, mind and body, and especially your body. You must treat all areas in order to progress; simply becoming a space cadet, with your head in the astral planes, is not enough for you to ascend fully. 

In order to follow the attainment figures in these books, you need to know a bit about the original Map of Consciousness. This was created by Dr David Hawkins in order to calibrate, on a scale of 1-1000, where we are on the spiritual path in relation to consciousness, the journey back to Source, and total self-realisation. 

Crystal Ki works on a similar principle but with a scale from 0–10,000 plus. The Crystal Ki Map of Consciousness also incorporates your body vibration, and not simply your mind. 

There is a helpful new chart of the Crystal Ki Map of Consciousness, in Book 3 of this series, ‘The Princess & the Pink Moon Leeches,’ but to avoid confusion, I always advise people to start at the beginning of the adventure with Book 1 in the series, ‘The Angel, the Witch & the Warrior.’

1. 29th Nov 2008—The Petition was Granted 

At lunchtime I ran myself a bath and asked Michael to take me to see Abba. Being refused the lottery had really upset me and my spirits were low. When I walked into the White Room, Lady Nada, Thoth and Sananda were there, talking to him about me. They had submitted another petition and it had been accepted. Fairy Godmother was also there waiting for me to make another wish. I felt really down and though I thought it would be a waste of time, I did make another wish. I thanked everyone for their support, and Abba for granting the petition, and turned to leave. 

As we were leaving, Abba asked Michael to take me to the mountain. We left immediately, and as I stood on the crystal balcony, my heart ached with disappointment. The mountain told me that I was the Saviour, and I would always be provided for. But I was too distressed to take it on board. The only thing running through my head was another week of worrying about saying the wrong thing, of being tested and watched constantly. I was on my fourth or fifth chance. I must be crazy to keep trying. The Lottery was only £12 million next Friday, a far cry from the £33 million I had been promised. Michael brought me back and insisted that all would be well, but no-one could console me. 

2. 30th Nov 2008—Operation Leapfrog 

I woke up angry today, at myself, at life, at God. Why was he making me suffer so much? I went through all of this growth in order to be free and I felt trapped in another dimension. I was becoming more of a recluse, because it was safe; safe to be home alone, inside my bubble of protection. My reputation had spread around the local Universe and the lower vibration entities were causing problems more frequently. 

I had chosen a life that meant I needed 24/7 awareness and it was really hard work at times. The only place I was safe and calm was at home. I dreamed of living in the middle of the countryside, where I could have selected, invited, guests only. I wanted to be around light workers and peace-makers. Today I felt trapped and there was no going back. I could ask for my vibration to be lowered, but I had worked for years to get here and I am really not capable of working 9 to 5 in an office anymore, I would end up suffering from depression. Please God, help me to let go of this feeling. 

At 12pm I went to speak to Abba and told him that I couldn’t do this anymore. He asked me to go into the void and let go of the fear that had engulfed me. Michael took me to the door and opened it. The blackness, the emptiness was waiting. I dived in. As I fell into the darkness, I could feel myself becoming lighter, as the fear was leaving me. Then five cherubs caught me and took me to the white garden. They lowered me to the ground. I was naked at first, reborn, but as I stood up I transformed into a beautiful princess made of light and tiny crystals, just like something you would hang on a Christmas tree. 

Michael and Abba walked over to me and sat down on the marble bench. Abba said I had already lost two lives, by being angry with him. I told him I didn’t want three more lives, I wanted to earn a living, not be locked up at home working on the planet and writing and earning nothing for it. I needed to be paid for my spiritual work; it was pretty much a full-time job but I had bills and a mortgage to pay.  

He told me that I could have three more chances, but I refused. I couldn’t take any more, it was too stressful. I walked away and soon my consciousness was back in my bathroom. My wrist began to twitch, and there was a slight pain. The key to creation was activated. I went back up to the White Room and into the garden to see what was happening. 

Before I discussed the key, I pulled a chalcedony-lined net around Abba and Michael, but after frothing up, the net just turned into a solid mass. Someone must have heard my conversation this morning and counteracted the chalcedony with some sort of chemical. The net was useless. I went back into the White Room and called Abba’s name, but he wasn’t there. I made my way to the Retreat and into the chamber. I called Lady Nada and she came immediately. I told her what had happened and prayed that it was really her and not a shape shifter. She called the councillors and we decided to clear the planet of some rather dubious-looking beings. 

We formed a circle and Mother Earth appeared in the centre. These creatures were all over her. I summoned the wind and created twelve large tornadoes to suck them up and into the light nets. We cleared as many as we could. We covered India, China, Germany and Italy, as they had seemed like problem areas. Terrorists had blown up a hotel in Mumbai and I just knew that these guys were responsible. 

We called in the Galactic Masters and sealed the four major portals with the symbols of the white brotherhood—the six
