"In front of you, a stream of crystal-clear water trickles across golden sand. It glitters as it flows over twigs and branches like a tiny waterfall. Light green grass covers the edges of the stream, and when you dip your toes in the water, it has a pleasant cooling effect. As you let both feet slide in, the water caresses your legs. You follow the stream deeper into the peaceful forest."
"You are standing in an old attic. Golden light streams in between the ceiling boards. Eventually, you see the walls sparkle in gold. The color changes to red, orange, yellow, blue, and violet before it ends up shimmering in silver. The floor is a large, white pillow. You are safe and lay down, resting peacefully. Your body relaxes, arms lying heavily against the soft surface. Your head relaxes and all thoughts disappear. Only you and the floor cushion exist. Everything is peaceful and quiet."
