This is very wordy. Lots and lots and lots of dialogue. BUT the wit makes it ok. I don't really know why, but there is a pointlessness to this story. It manages to be interesting, but grey at the same time. If you start i think it's worth a finish... But if you don't.. You're not missing out on anything epic.

4.5? Loved the journey of main character and his integrity - not suddenly changing his way under spell of insta attraction but remaining willfully himself. Loved how naturally their relationship progressed - sweetly without being saccharine, well balanced.

Loved this so much! The writing, the main and side characters, the story was beautifully depicted, I laughed and cried and felt hopeful that love wins out. The narration was perfect, what a talent Devon Ryder is. Recommend this 100%!

In the first half of the book some things happen, comments are made, things are being noticed. It’s all clarified towards the second half. Loved this book. Entertaining, relatable characters, very well written.

It was a good story, until the moment Jude just forgave Blake. No explanation, no nothing. So it could be better if I really understood why. Also - Blake friend was angry about something regarding Blake's ex and we don't get the explanation at all. Other than that it was good.
