About this audiobook

★★★★★ "Five ‘I need more’ stars!" Shain Rose, USA Today Bestselling Author of Corrupt Chaos and Fractured Freedom

Dominant and twisted Riggs Maddon has one thing on his mind. Revenge. When his partner's daughter steps into the line of fire, he’ll stop at nothing to obliterate her father and turn her into the pet she’s craving to become.

Destroying my partner became sweeter when his daughter stepped on stage at a charity auction.

But I don’t want her for a month.

I’m upping my bid to make her sign for a year.

Her strong will, independence, and defiant attitude toward her family indulges my carnal desires and need for revenge.

I’ll break her, train her, and turn her into the compliant woman she didn't know existed within her.

Every second, she’ll be my pawn in the secret game of retaliation I’m going to win.

Then I’ll present my pet to all of L.A., including her father.

After our year is up, the damage will be done.

She’ll be free to go, and I’ll move forward with my life without her father, or anyone associated with him in it—including her.

The Auction is the first romance book of the Club Indulgence Duet. It’s a forbidden love, age-gap, dark billionaire romance with forced proximity and a potential unwanted marriage.

FYI he cheats. If I had known that I never would have listened to this audiobook. The dude wasn’t redeemable and just an abusive Richard relocation.

I did love the book, would have been better if the Blakely fought so hard even when there was no option. That seemed whiny, but i.atill loved the book hightly recommend this book

Not going to lie but I didn't like Riggs at the beginning. He is starting to grow on me though. Reading the second book now. I did enjoy the first book even though he pissed me off in the beginning. Had a really good laugh when Blakely asked if flower got a watering can.

It was ok. It started as revenge, but the majority was about him "breaking her." The whole Dom-sub relationship never really made sense. She never fully submitted.

I started off very interested both narrators voices are really good for these roles the only part about this entire book that has me DNF’ing it at chapter 18 the FMC is beyond a brat and I can’t take it. Everyone keeps comparing it to being better than 50 shades of gray, but, I highly disagree. The FMC in this book is insubordinate , she talks back, she doesn’t listen or submit. So it’s ruins the whole fantasy of enjoying a hot and sizzling don/sub story. Instead I was ready for him to drop her and move on!

One chapter in and all you hear is she’s not like other girls, she’s special, she’s precious

I don't usually write reviews but this book is not it. I had to DNF this book because the main female character is sooooo annoying and refuses to listen and her jealousy was ridiculous especially after everything was already explained to her over and over. It was so annoying how defiant she was.

This could have all been one book. I wouldn't have had to hear the same what ifs over and over again. I want him, he hurt me,I want him, he hurt me. Again and again. The FMC is super annoying. The first book was OK and if it finished there I would be a happier person.

Loved the narrators, especially Connor Crais. The plot was engaging. The FMC was a little annoying, but not too bad.

    *spoilers*
THIS BOOK IS GREAT. As soon as it ended I went to the next installment.
And its hot with a plot ahha.
    > dads best friend
    >dom/sub
    >the plot is good

There is ONE thing. One thing only. The fmc annoyed me a few times because shes fucking constantly defiant thinkng , and almost never listens. (IM A SUB, and shes not just a brat, she just never ever listens) . And in times she should have said thank you she freaked out or caused yet again another argument?. However, yes, she had a controlling father so it is a little understandable. And this is why I didnt find her entirely unnearable and dont dislike her entirely. This is why I can still give it 5 stars. Their dynamic is still great. As is the plot.

Overall one should def give this one a go. I already began the second book
