I read this in ebook format when it came out in May 2022. Then I found the audiobook and revisited this story in November 2022. Great performance and narration. This story is so good that it makes me want to come back. Perhaps it will become a yearly re-read for me.
So many bookmarks! Elise is one of the most relatable POVs I’ve encountered in stories of this genre.
