I'm a 40 year old man, so not exactly the demographic. I love this series. The characters feel real, develop and make reasonable choices in impossible situations. There's plenty of action, but all goes to advance the plot. The books never really trudges along, despite the many installments. Each chapter feels necessary and keeps the reader engaged. It's also easy reading after a long day. Kudos to the author, Stone!
