Now we see Hannah’s husband and son, how they cope with her loss and the world turning upside down. Her husband Noah does not make a great impression. He’s passive, trying to stay on the easiest path.

The small town of Fall Creek doesn’t have Mayberry vibes, there’s some good people but a lot more selfish motives. This town turns on each immediately, there’s an abundance of needy, entitled whiners

Quinn is chippy teenager who is stuck on a ski lift with Noah & Milo and in a small world twist they live in the same neighborhood.

Bishop is a town pastor that feeds the hungry,
He and family are working hard to help people who were totally unprepared for dire circumstances and a close friend of Noah’s

Julien is Noah’s best friend and unbeknownst to them his wife’s captor’s step brother.

Rosamond is Julien’s mom, self appointed town superintendent, and manipulative.
