I appreciated the insights offered into the spirit medicine and healing powers of red clover and the plant world in general. I quite enjoy guided visualization and like that a meditative journey was included. The audiobook is read by the author who seemed to have an unusually halting style of talking, as if trying to hard to enunciate every word and speak particularly slow. It helped me to speed up the recording. I'm glad Scribd offers that option.
