Found it to be very similar to lots of other dark-ish romantic books at this point. Just didn't like the characters very much at all. I tried continuing with book two, but I find Lorian straight up pretentious and cocky in a very not likeable way, and prisca was kind of annoying. Very over the tiny helpless but kind of scrappy and has a plan for absolutely everything heroine and steely, dark, brooding, and secretive, massive, beautiful guy. It's never been my favorite, but it feels overdone at this point. But if that's your jam, then you'll probably like this, don't let me opinion sway ya!
