      I loved the lake setting, but the characters are what made this book so enjoyable! I certainly hope there’s a sequel in the works. The narrator did an excellent job, and I thoroughly enjoyed the audiobook.

      The quote at the beginning of the book, 'Small towns make up for their lack of people by having everyone be more interesting', is a really good description of this book. But it was a lot more. It was about 'blooming where you're planted' and finding family. This book was recommended to me, but I liked it a lot more than I expected!
