A beautiful tale about star-crossed lovers, Fayard and Tamar. I listened to the audiobook version and the narrators brought the story to life. This book has time travel, soulmates, fate, reincarnation, life lessons, love, friendship and the amazing chemistry throughout each era was refreshing. I loved how vulnerable Fayard was with his love for Tamar. There was no one else for him. I was swooning the whole story. Tamar was such a strong willed character. I loved them both. We got to be in so many time periods from Ancient Mali, Present Day , 1920’s Philadelphia and the futuristic 2200’s . For All Time was a unique story that will keep you guessing until the end.

I honestly didn’t make it past the first few sentences. Even saying someone who was in a went through incredible trama and was abused for so long just “sat around waiting for help made me feel sick. I’m sure it’s a good story but I’m not interested if it feels the need to bring down other woemn.
