About this audiobook

“If you love a good enemies-to-lovers trope, run—don’t walk—to the nearest bookstore or library near you.” —BuzzFeed

"I couldn’t put it down!” —New York Times bestselling author Simone Elkeles

When Tyson Trice finds himself tossed into the wealthy community of Pacific Hills, he expects not to belong. Not that he cares. After recovering from being shot and surviving the rough streets of Lindenwood, he doesn’t care about anyone or anything.

Golden girl Nandy Smith has spent most of her life building the pristine image it takes to make it in Pacific Hills. After learning that her parents are taking in a troubled teen boy, Nandy fears her summer plans and her reputation will go up in flames.

The wall between their bedrooms feels as thin as the line between love and hate. But their growing attraction won't be denied. Soon Trice is bringing Nandy out of her shell and Nandy's trying to melt the ice around Trice's heart. But with the ever-present pull back to Lindenwood, it’ll be a wonder if Trice makes it through this summer at all.

Great easy read, easy to listen to, easy to follow along and a great coming of age love story.

I couldn't even finish it. At one point I had to ask myself why am I torturing myself and end the self inflicted torment. The characters' interactions don't make sense and the story itself is full of unnecessary fluff. I kept putting the book down and then forcing myself to come back to it. I've read about 75% and I'd rather watch paint dry than finish this book.

Amazing story and amazing readers! The only thing is that N never said those three words! I was waiting for that. Did I miss it?

I would have given it a better review, but the ending was horrible. The book was unnecessary long. There was no real chemistry between Nandy and Tyson. I had to skip chapters because I wanted the book to just end, and what a disappointing ending.

It was good but honestly felt slightly neverending. I feel like the author saw the OC and decided to take a lot the aspects and put it into this story - nothing really wrong with it and it's different enough to not feel blatantly copied but it is apparent. Overall enjoyed it though

Really good read. I didn't want it to end. I love the transition of the characters
