About this audiobook
Legendary leadership and elite performance expert Robin Sharma introduced The 5am Club concept over twenty years ago, based on a revolutionary morning routine that has helped his clients maximize their productivity, activate their best health and bulletproof their serenity in this age of overwhelming complexity.
Now, in this life-changing book, handcrafted by the author over a rigorous four-year period, you will discover the early-rising habit that has helped so many accomplish epic results while upgrading their happiness, helpfulness and feelings of aliveness.
Through an enchanting—and often amusing—story about two struggling strangers who meet an eccentric tycoon who becomes their secret mentor, The 5am Club will walk you through:
- How great geniuses, business titans and the world’s wisest people start their mornings to produce astonishing achievements
- A little-known formula you can use instantly to wake up early feeling inspired, focused and flooded with a fiery drive to get the most out of each day
- A step-by-step method to protect the quietest hours of daybreak so you have time for exercise, self-renewal and personal growth
- A neuroscience-based practice proven to help make it easy to rise while most people are sleeping, giving you precious time for yourself to think, express your creativity and begin the day peacefully instead of being rushed
- ‘Insider-only’ tactics to defend your gifts, talents and dreams against digital distraction and trivial diversions so you enjoy fortune, influence and a magnificent impact on the world
Part manifesto for mastery, part playbook for genius-grade productivity and part companion for a life lived beautifully, The 5am Club is a work that will transform your life. Forever.

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5The story is convulted and gets in the way of absorbing any ideas behind it. Tedious to read/listen to, waste of time. Read the snapshot.

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5It’s annoying. Don’t understand why it’s told as some silly story about three people. Why not just explain the benefits of waking early normally?

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5This was such a flakey book that I actually persisted to the end to see how bad it could get.

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Life changing. This is exactly what I needed for my journey to reinvention. Thank you Robin, God bless you
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5The first ever cannot put it down book I ever read. The brilliance I found in Robin Sharma's writing is that he seamlessly weaves an engaging narrated story with really tangible actionable productivity tools
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I'm honestly not a great fan of Sharma's narrative style but as someone who has recently started getting up at 5am it was a great motivator. Well worth reading for aspiring early birds.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Interesting read with a lot of life lessons that can be used in one’s lifetime.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Love their book, it Assisted me to trust me inner self esteem
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Great book with great examples, good practices and concrete steps!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I love the way this book is written, it’s like a story with lessons. One of the best books I have read, I took a lot from it and it’s a book you can revisit regularly.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5One of the best self-development books I have ever read, it’s a bit different giving the advice and information during the flow of a story of different characters, not your normal do-that-like-this-and-it-will-be-better, in a matter of fact approach. So I got a little distracted with the story that I missed huge chunks of the important stuff, but no biggie, I repeated the whole chapter, one of the many perks of audio books.
So, I really recommend it whether you need some help managing your life or not. It suits all the successful ones and the struggling ones.
Have a beautiful life everyone. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I loved it!
The author told the book like a movie with four key characters to share a beautiful understanding of core daily principles about becoming the best version of your most successful self in what ever area you desire in life. - Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Maybe because i didnt listen in continuency. But it did not have that impact on me as i tought it whould. Maybe i give it another shot some time later. But all in all its a good book.

- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5Overall, I found this book a really clunky read. I found the writing at times really awful, rolling my eyes at the clumsy nature of some of the prose. The ideas behind it I fully support and think that they can be helpful to improve your life. But my advice is to read The 5am Miracle by Jeff Sanders, which covers the same material but in a much more engaging way.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5Reductive and very one-size-fits-rich. Author repeats over and over his method is the ONLY way to live a meaningful life. #eyeroll
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5I beg the book gods to never let me read another book like that again. I hated the way this way written, hated reading it, hated how much time it wasted. I'm sitting here just shaking my head. How could I even describe this. 1) the first 70% of the books was a waste of time. It was filled with silly characters that were flat, and so unrealistic. Their dialog was weird, from beatnick to gnarly surfer dude, these were the leaders. They had silly titles all through the books that changed, The Billionaire, The industrialist, mixed with their names all through the book. Then the billionaire, he had people always running to him out of the bushes, trees, buildings, like well trained dogs when he just waved his hands. The language, the death threats, the Mango boobs, the butterflies, the rainbows, the running off around the world for some unknown reason that never was really clear. I could go on and one. There were so many things that went wrong in this for me.What did I get out if it ? 1) Some great quotes from other people. 2) I like the 20/20/20 morning routine idea 20 min fast exercise/20 meditation/20 min education 3) the 60/10 -work 60 min exercise 10.... Start a gratitude journal, write out you ideas... Getting up at 5am makes sense you have have a hour alone before life rushes at you. None of these are new, none are really inspiring through the stories told.I would have prefered 70% of the book was gone. There was so much fluffing and stuffing and only 10% of knowledge to share, another 10% from famous quotes.
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Ugh, hated hated hated this book! What a mess it is. Touted as a personal development tome, it may have some insights, but they are wrapped up in the most hokey fiction-writing I've ever read. One to donate and get it the heck out of my house.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5You must have read many self-help books. I have too, but I always prefer biographies to self-help books. The reason being they all sound the same. So I am pretty surprised with this book. It has actually helped me with my goals. One particular quote from the book which really worked for me is, "Stop managing your time and start managing your focus." Isn't that true? I mean, don't we talk about time being the most valuable thing. Well, what is the use of being disciplined if you don't know what you want in life. Now, how has this book helped me? Well, I am member of The 6 AM Club now but I am definitely on my way to join The 5 AM Club. See you there.
