The description seemed so promising and inviting but sadly, it’s so bad I couldn’t continue. The narrator slurs his words often as though he’s tired, inebriated, medicated or something. He’s got a terrible droning affected speech pattern that grated. The story itself is unbelievably slow and uninteresting with too much continuous description of the Town. The characters are flat and don’t do much.
For what the description depicted I expected so much more.
