About this audiobook

Sometimes it takes everything falling apart …

Ambitious influencer Georgina Havoc and her designer boyfriend have been dubbed “the next Chip and Joanna Gaines”—a power couple that flips homes all over Nashville—and they plan to merge their unique styles into their new home renovation show.
But their relationship falls apart when he blindsides her with a “pause.” Forced to convince the network to take a chance on her as a solo star, Georgina takes on the task of renovating a forgotten cottage in the tiny, tight-knit town of Tarragon, Tennessee.

Facing one heartache and setback after another, Georgina moves forward with her plan to rebuild her life and save her career, but a surprise drop-in from her troubled twin sister makes things extra messy. The unexpected presence of
rugged ex-sniper Cassidy Stokes also threatens to bring all the walls that she’s built crashing down.

As she puts the pieces of her previously perfect life back together, will Georgina retreat to the familiar or boldly embrace a new design?

Pretty little pieces felt so real and relatable. This is real Christian fiction. They felt like real people with real feelings and real relationships. I loved it. Carmen handles tough topics and issues people have with faith and grace and rawness. I loved watching Georgie grow throughout the novel and finding her way. The people in her life help shape her and encourage her to finding who she is and it's not all roses either but God uses it all. Our journeys are not neat and tighty and Carmen does a fantastic job writing that but you aren't left feeling depressed but filled with hope and encouragement. Also whoa love me some Cassidy stokes!! The romance was tasteful and exciting. Highly recommend.

When I first turned the pages of this book, I found myself questioning the Christian aspect of this book, and yes, we are all sinners. We focus on Georgina, a woman whose boyfriend and TV partner leaves her under difficult circumstances. She is trying to move on and all through the book I didn't want her to go back to Lance! Will she?We are also give a man, Cassidy who has lost his wife, and now has made a decision to go to another foreign country, and take a job as security! He is a former military sniper, and now he has met someone who might make him stay?We are there as the renovation Georgina begins, and fate put Cassidy in her path, and we are there for a lot of family drama, but also a faith finding! This quickly became a page turner for me, I loved the growth and caring that happens in this read! Enjoy
