This was a lot of fun. Very silly, tongue in cheek and very enjoyable.

Day is a hoot, as are her friends Sienna, Emmy and Omari. Loved the atmosphere of Hollywood! I’m looking forward to the next in the series.

Dayna girl...I'm saying. Is the goal to die?
Dayna was so...ridiculously naive. Would a civilian have all the know-all of a detective? No and that's fine, but basic survival instincts would have prevented 60% of the dangerous situations she got herself and her friends into. I loved that there wasn't an abundance of profanity. Really appreciate. But I wish we could get a smart wannabe detective instead of a bumbling one making stare-death-in-the-face stupid mistakes. ? I'll probably read the second one eventually but there's no rush unless I see evidence that she's wising up.
