The book had potential however, I found it annoying at times. A professional football player needs to get married to secure a contract with his team. Seems like a pretty simple concept right? Wrong. The hero of the story was a jokester from start to finish. Always telling jokes, funny or not. It seemed like the only time he wasn't telling jokes was when he was having sex and even that was pushing it. I'll admit at some points of the story he was charming and his jokes were actually funny but it was just too much. A wedding planner whose business is in trouble. She was a little stuffy but s perfect match for the "groom".. she also broke the deal of the contract and didn't do what she was supposed to do by making it seem like they were a real couple until the rehearsal. Now their sex was hot but I felt no chemistry outside if the bedroom.

This is book 2 in the series
It may be a silly rom com but made me laugh and i liked it. I was on the edge of the seat grimacing in case this couple couldn’t pull this off. wanted this to be HEA but this crazy guy was unpredictable.. not even he knew what he was going to do next. Only criticism I have is Penelope B was a bit too wordy which made the story lag in places.
