About this audiobook

“THE SORCERER’S RING has all the ingredients for an instant success: plots, counterplots, mystery, valiant knights, and blossoming relationships replete with broken hearts, deception and betrayal. It will keep you entertained for hours, and will satisfy all ages. Recommended for the permanent library of all fantasy readers.”
--Books and Movie Reviews (Roberto Mattos)

A bundle of books fifteen and sixteen in Morgan Rice’s fantasy series THE SORCERER’S RING. Here are two bestselling novels, in one. It makes the perfect gift!

In A DREAM OF MORTALS, Thorgrin and his brothers struggle to break free from the grips of the pirates, and to continue their search for Guwayne at sea. As they encounter unexpected friends and foes, magic and weaponry, dragons and men, it will change the very course of their destiny. Will they finally find Guwayne?

In A JOUST OF KNIGHTS, Thorgrin and his brothers follow Guwayne’s trail at sea, pursuing him to the Isle of Light. But as they reach the ravaged isle and the dying Ragon, all may be just too late.

With its sophisticated world-building and characterization, A DREAM OF MORTALS and A JOUST OF KNIGHTS are epic stories of friends and lovers, of rivals and suitors, of knights and dragons, of intrigues and political machinations, of coming of age, of broken hearts, of deception, ambition and betrayal. They are tales of honor and courage, of fate and destiny, of sorcery. They bring us into a world we will never forget, and which will appeal to all ages and genders.

it's "ok" if you dont look or think too deeply about it. The way things happen is like a never-ending infomercial, "BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE!" However, none of it is planned, and you run from one situation to another "just because" without much of a reason, just because. One minute Thorgrin is an allpowerful being who can control every aspect of nature, but he's dumb as a rock and keeps forgetting. How is he all powerful? Well, he's a Druid, but he has to pray to "god" to use his powers, even though around every turn are "Sorcerer's" and somehow his family... it's just a mishmosh of "and then this","but THIS", because "god" BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE" and not one second of it is reasoned or planned. My children have written more planned and better articulated stories.
The ONLY reason i gave this sorry excuse 3 stars is because the narrator is wonderful.
