About this audiobook

There are three books in this bundle, which are part of the following themes:

Theme 1: ADHD is a condition in the brain many people are somewhat familiar with.

However, when it comes to the specifics, the majority of us are still left in the dark. The main essence of ADHD is missing when people just think that you’re hyperactive and unfocused. There is way more to it. And not only is so much more to say about the causes of ADHD, but about the consequences as well.

Theme 2: What is Asperger’s Syndrome?

How is it different from autism, or is it even different?

How does it differ from ADHD?

These basic questions, as well as others, will be answered in this quick guide. Aside from that, topics such as managing temper tantrums, depression, and occupational therapy for autistic people will be discussed. All of these things give you a general, more intrinsic understanding of what Asperger’s Syndrome involves.

Theme 3: In this book, we’ll touch on the nature of obsessions, how they are different from compulsive behavior, and which similarities they show. Additionally, the biological and environmental causes of this disorder will be highlighted.

This is an impressive book. Thus, the 5 star review I'm publishing. Knowing so many new things about this concept was enlightening, to say the very least. It was a breath of fresh air. I genuinely appreciated it. Initially, I was wondering where exactly it was going, but after tuning in to it for some time, I got into it. Then I saw this book for what it was: A fantastic undertaking by an educated author and professional narrator.

Impressive! Have you ever tuned in to a book like this? I guess the first couple of chapters were my favorite ones, because the whole idea that the subtitle refers to, is discussed. All the fundamentals are here. Later in the book, more depth gets included, and I believe this is what makes it so great. Learning so many new aspects of this issue was informing, to say the very least. It was a breath of fresh air. I genuinely appreciated it.

This is truly a top-notch book. Despite of the writer's understanding about the concept, the narrator was still the component I was most impressed with. This is what actually sold me on the book. I carefully enjoyed listening to this particular book. It contains all the components of a book regarding this theme that it should contain. Having said this, I am often happy about things anyway, but If I would have to describe it, it will be in 1 word: Wonderful! I do not always appreciate any type of audiobooks, but this stuck out. And since it did, I started focusing on it. It was some of the best time I invested, especially as I was performing some other tasks in the meantime.
